Frequently Asked Questions

Common queries regarding account setup, agent monitoring, and data privacy.

Can any user create an account?

Yes! WorkSentinel allows any public user to register an account, set up a default workspace, manage passkeys, and download agent installers.

How does endpoint telemetry work?

The agent runs as a low-impact background service, recording active window titles, process uptime, and system performance metrics, transmitting them securely over SSL.

Is my data encrypted?

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 bit encryption backed by cloud-native PostgreSQL infrastructure.

How do I change my password or passkey?

You can manage password updates, hardware passkeys, and active sessions directly inside your User Profile Portal.
