Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 13, 2026 • Version 2.4
1. Overview & Commitment
WorkSentinel Technologies is committed to preserving the privacy and security of your organization's data and user identities. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is processed, and the measures we enforce to protect it across our cloud matrix and native endpoint agents.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- User Account Information: Full name, email address, hashed credentials, passkeys, and role clearance levels during account registration.
- Endpoint Telemetry Data: Active window titles, process execution events, system uptime metrics, and device hardware identifiers transmitted by installed Windows, Mac, Linux, or Android agents.
- Technical Log Data: IP addresses, browser types, request timestamps, and authentication tokens collected for security auditing.
3. Encryption & Data Protection Standards
All telemetry and personal data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 encryption protocols and at rest using AES-256 bit encryption. Passwords are never stored in plaintext; we utilize argon2id and scrypt hashing algorithms managed by Better Auth.
4. Employee Privacy & Telemetry Masking
WorkSentinel includes built-in privacy masking configurations. Organizations may configure agents to mask sensitive form inputs, obscure personal browser tabs, or limit activity recording to designated business hours.
5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. You can manage or delete your account at any time via the User Profile Portal.
6. Privacy Inquiries
