1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WorkSentinel platform, including our website, desktop agents (Windows, macOS, Linux), mobile application (Android), and cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not create an account or use our services.

2. User Account Registration

Any individual or organization representative may register a WorkSentinel account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passkeys, and authentication tokens. You agree to immediately notify WorkSentinel of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

WorkSentinel software is designed for enterprise workforce monitoring, endpoint security management, and productivity compliance. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any binary agent or daemon.
• Deploy monitoring software on devices without appropriate employee notice and lawful authorization under applicable local laws.
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent zero-trust authentication mechanisms, rate limiters, or role-based clearance rules.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain all right, title, and interest in the telemetry data generated by your enrolled endpoints. WorkSentinel processes endpoint data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR and CCPA).

5. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime across our global control plane. However, services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkSentinel Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
